CCE's Design Link team heads to the Town of Biscoe in Montgomery Co. on May 2-3 to conduct a community design workshop to help invigorate town planning, adaptive reuse and sustainable design in this iconic small town in the Piedmont Triad.  After successful workshops in High Point, Elkin and Mayodan since December 2012,  anticipation is high for the innovative work the team brings to the community.

Design leaders solving "sticky" problems

Interactive gaming industry leaders collaborated with ten Triad universities and community colleges to plan, develop and create a serious game in the Healthcare sector. This interactive game, Surgical Technology Skills Builder is now in use at Guilford Technical Community College and High Point University to train students in both surgical technology skills and interactive gaming.  Click the link below for a description of the project.
